I started using my heater about a week ago. The fan is loud. No debate about it, a quiet motor would be ideal for the next inception of this unit. Also, I'm disappointed in the remote. My remote screen lost it's detail and became very pixelated after the first day of use. It's really annoying.

Very high end packaging, love how it comes with a removable socket head so that you can lay it flat in a drawer. (although I am concerned I will lose that piece by next year.. oh well)
So glad I was part of the kickstarter campaign. I backed you guys on all 3 of your projects. Keep it up.

Running this under my desk right now. Perfect for small spaces that need some extra feet. My toes are always frozen... until... I was given a CozyPod.

I purchased/received my portable heater in mid December 2024. The heater arrived shortly thereafter. I first used the heater in late January 2025. Out of the box, the control panel was defective (white lines and not functioning). I notified customer service at the end of January. I went through several back and forth emails over the next two days. I got the impression that I had to "prove" to customer service that the control panel was defective. Not a simple nor convenient process. Once Customer service was convinced they agreed to send me a replacement. The color I originally ordered was not available so I agreed to an alternate color for a faster delivery. This was on February 2. No communication or shipping confirmation from the company until I imitated a status update on February 15th. Customer Service said they needed to check on the status. On February 20th I requested another status update. I received a reply thanking me for my patience and that the replacement was on its way with a tracking number. I checked the tracking number and the shipment was initiated that day because (i assume) they lost my initial request for a replacement. I just checked the status and it still working its way to me. This has been a two month process that shows the company has poor customer service and I still don't have a product that works.

I tried the cozypod for several days to give it a chance before submitting this review. I do not feel like it warms the room as advertised. Very cute and small, but it doesn’t work the way I need it to even in a small room. Love the fans, but the cozy pod is a two thumbs down. I feel like I wasted money on this purchase. It’s a haste to return because I had to pay to ship the item back PLUS the company reimburse themselves out of my refund for giving me free shipping when I purchased the item. Does not recommend, will not advertise it to my friends.
