Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your Venty to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your Venty must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging with a valid receipt of purchase. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the unit back to us and we will process the return within 2 weeks of receiving the unit. We do not accept returns in which the packaging and accessories are not completely returned to us. We do not reimburse or refund shipping costs. If you received free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund:

Warranty Info
We have a thirty day warranty which can be extended up to a year during checkout if the additional insurance plan is purchased. In the event of a defect, please contact us immediately and send us a picture and or/video highlighting the problem. Our customer support team will see if it is something that we are able to help you fix or simply replace a new unit for you if we cannot trouble shoot it from afar. Please send a clear video showing the issue for our tech team to review on the contact field in the troubleshooting page.
For refunds & replacements, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If the refund is not accepted, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the fan back to you.
For replacements, we will send you a tracking label to the email address on file through your order. Once we receive the unit back and inspect it, we will send a new replacement. We must receive your unit back before sending out a new replacement.
We are not responsible for lost packages showing "delivered" by the courier. Currently we are only able to accept returns sent to Las Vegas, Nevada. International buyers will need to return their order to our Las Vegas address.

Please note that for new replacement remotes only work for Venty Fan’s purchased in 2023 or later. Replacement parts and accessories can be found on this page.
Shipping Policy
Orders generally ship same day or next business day. Once shipped, orders typically deliver in 3-5 business days. As soon as your order ships you'll receive a shipment confirmation and tracking details.
Alaska and Hawaii Orders. Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may experience an additional 7-10 business days of transit time compared to deliveries within the contiguous US.
UK, Singapore, Australia, & Other
Sometimes we hold stock in UK, Singapore & Australia. Shipment times vary here depending on if we are currently holding stock there. 7 working days is a safe estimate of how long it will take to receive your order.

Venty Fan
Yes! TSA regulations 20,000 MAH and under are acceptable. Venty Fan has a 16,000 MAH battery and can be taken on a carry on. If ever questioned, the back of the Venty Fan shows that the unit is 16,000 MAH as well as this website can be used for reference.
Maintenance
To clean the Venty Fan, twist the front faceplate off counter-clockwise. The blades DO NOT REMOVE. Wipe them with a damp cloth.
To clean the CozyPod, simply use a cloth to wipe the front and back of the unit. DO NOT OPEN & NEVER USE ANY CHEMICALS as this could damage the internal heating, components
