RETURN POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your Venty to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your Venty must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging with a valid receipt of purchase. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the unit back to us and we will process the return within 2 weeks of receiving the unit. We do not accept returns in which the packaging and accessories are not completely returned to us. We do not reimburse or refund shipping costs.
